KLYAMKA news website, English edition: Ukraine news in English

Independent news outlet · Ukrainian & English · Website + Telegram · Runs 24/7

KLYAMKA — an autonomous newsroom

Challenge
News arrives as hundreds of repeated, half-confirmed messages across dozens of channels. The goal was not another repost feed, but an independent outlet with its own editorial rules, its own selection and its own text — that runs without someone copy-pasting every evening.
What was built
A full editorial pipeline that collects material, groups it into stories, decides what deserves publication, writes original Ukrainian text, checks it and publishes it to the website and Telegram — then confirms that each item is actually live.
Result
A public Telegram channel since 23 September 2026 and a news website in Ukrainian and English. 2,430 confirmed publications in the log by 14 October 2026; at least 26,359 incoming source messages processed in one documented week. Published by BLUEROCK AI GROUP LLC with Max as editor-in-chief, under a written editorial policy: key names, numbers, dates and statuses are checked before publication, other outlets are credited, and stories without enough facts are skipped.

How the newsroom works

  1. Intake — the system reads a curated list of Telegram channels and RSS sources around the clock and keeps the origin of every message.
  2. Stories, not messages — reports about the same event are merged: five channels repeating one statement become one story, and the memory of past stories stops repeats.
  3. Editorial selection — each story is scored for real news value and relevance. No new development, low significance or an unclear source means it waits or is dropped. In one documented 48-minute window, six messages became four stories and none were published — on purpose.
  4. Original writing — an AI editorial step writes an independent Ukrainian text: what happened, who said it, what is still unconfirmed, with links back to sources.
  5. Checks — numbers, names and organisations are checked against the sources; duplicates, policy and timing rules are applied before anything can go out.
  6. Publishing — Telegram posts go out through a controlled queue; the website is rebuilt as static pages with English versions.
  7. Confirmation — an item counts as published only after the public page or post is verified. If a send result is unclear, the system verifies before retrying, so nothing is posted twice.
  8. Watchdogs — monitors check the channel and the site and raise an alert when publishing pauses, so a person handles only the exceptions.
Lena Noir managed social website

Managed social media · Character-led content · BlueRock product

Lena Noir — AI-led content that publishes itself

Challenge
Show small businesses that consistent social media does not need a full-time person — by running it on our own brand every day.
What was built
A recurring character, Lena, with a daily storyline. Each day follows an approved weekly plan: an image card and a short video are produced with AI tools, the speech is checked by automatic transcription, and posts are scheduled to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Monitors verify every slot and publish a fallback if one is missed.
Result
A live service site at lenanoir.com and a daily publishing routine running on BlueRock’s own channels.

AI automation · Recycling company · Client under NDA

AI sales agent for calls & Viber

Challenge
Customers reach the company by phone and Viber. Every call and chat had to be answered, the key details collected and the lead passed to the right manager.
What was built
A voice AI agent for inbound and outbound calls and a Viber assistant that handles chats and photos. Business rules live in code; calls, chats and photos are logged to Google Sheets and Drive, and qualified leads go to one of two managers by product line.
Result
Built in three stages and tested on live calls; now in production and being tuned together with the client. The team works from one sheet with calls, contacts, chats and photos.

IDEALE Dental Clinic

Challenge
A premium clinic wanted a fast mobile site it could keep up to date — doctors, prices, before/after cases — without calling a developer.
What was built
A custom React front end and a bespoke admin panel. The server automatically aligns before/after photo pairs, and one Publish button ships a static snapshot to AWS.
Result
Live at ideale.ua (Ukrainian; screenshot shown in English translation). Mobile Lighthouse performance went from about 60 to 84; the clinic updates content on its own.

Rozetka supplier operations admin: order details, products and TTN batches

E-commerce operations · API integration · 2026

Rozetka Supplier Operations Platform

Challenge
Move a live Laravel operations system to Rozetka’s new Supplier API without interrupting the workflow that already ships orders.
What was built
Order sync, shipment validation and Nova Poshta TTN batches inside one admin platform. Conflicting shipment data stops the process before any external write; unsafe retries are prevented.
Result
The new order sync runs against live Supplier API data; write operations roll out behind a separate safety flag, so the migration happens step by step.

Result
